The en suite rooms are more like hotel rooms than spare rooms and our typical housemates are, what can I say just amazing. People meet at our houses and have become friends for life. Our housemates are all in a house WhatsApp group together to help with communication and to help you make great friends whilst at the house.

Location: Situated in leafy Aigburth L17 next to Sefton Park, Lark Lane and Smithdown Road with fantastic amenities nearby and great links to the city and beyond.

This unique property combines spectacular interior design, with luxurious quality. The huge rooms have been tailor made and uniquely designed, all offering private en-suite facilities, workstations and fully furnished.

Let's talk internet - the house includes Virgin Media M350 fibre broadband package with Unifi access points located around the property. Speeds average 200 meg at most times.

We've created a big shared co-living space on the ground floor, offering a boutique kitchen-diner, with plenty of seating and separate and access to a large garden with pub bench style seating.

There is a dedicated utility/laundry room equipped with washing machines and tumble dryers and all the usual cleaning and ironing gear.

From here head down into the basement where you will find a fully equipped gym to let off some steam and a huge cinema style lounge with 85'' TV and plush seating to relax after a busy day. This property has it all.

There is also secure bike storage available at the rear of the house and some off road parking. You can park in the street day and night without restrictions.

To meet the needs of a busy house, there is also a separate kitchen and loo for residents on the top floor.

To the rear of the property is a large garden area with artificial lawn and casual seating to enjoy the weather???
