The house has 4 rooms, 2 Bathrooms a communal living area, kitchen, and is fully furnished and also has some shared kitchen equipment such plates, cutlery etc so all you need is literally yourself and your suitcase! There is a small yard to the rear and parking is on street.

The property is located on Aigburth Road in the L17 area.
There are buses every 10 minutes into the city centre taking only 5 minutes and also buses towards the south of Liverpool and the airport. These can run for 24 hours also.

LOCAL Amenities
Princes park, Sefton park and lark lane are all within a 5 minute walk making the area absolutely ideal.
There are plenty of Convenience stores, Takeaways and pubs close by also. Tesco Superstore is just a 5 minute walk away also.

RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.

MOVING IN
Moving in can usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
