Looking for a professional to share my house. The street is a leafy quiet road. House is 5 minutes from Lark Lane, St Michaels station and Aigburth rd.

Not suitable for working from home.

The room is a bright and airy double room at the back of the house so very quiet. Room is a very good size with lots of storage.

All bills included in rent- Internet, gas, electric ect. TV normal plus Netflix, iplayer ect and Amazon for films. Lovely big kitchen with gas stove, tumble dryer, projector for film nights.

Short term lets considered.

The house has a big kitchen (with dishwasher, gas stove) and living room and a bathroom, which would be yours for now. There is a separate utility room with 2 freezers, 2 fridges and washing machine and tumble dryer.

There is a good sized yard

I'm a friendly, chatty, Irish girl and like living with people and sharing space. I work from home 2-3 days a week
