large double room to let in terraced house. You can choose from one of two rooms - both shown in photos. The house is is a pleasant street five minutes from St Michael's station and convenient for local shops and buses. l I am a live-in landlady (retired) and am looking for someone working or studying full-time. You would share the (smallish) kitchen, downstairs toilet, bathroom and dining room as well as the back yard. I keep the downstairs front room largely for my own use but you would have access to a small upstairs sitting room for your own use. There would be no other lodgers. As I am planning to put the house on the market next year, short-term lets or a maximum of 1 year would suit me best. The rent is inclusive of council tax and all bills.
