Loft en suite with kitchenette

A large attractive well furnished self contained loft available for short term rent from October 12 th to November 1 st. The house is in a tree lined Avenue opposite Sefton Park and close to bus routes, shops cafes fast food outlets and restaurants. The house is quiet and peaceful and all guests are respectfully requester to fit in with this calm and noise free culture. A large well equipped kitchen/ living room is available to guests and the loft kitchenette is equipped with fridge, toaster, crockery etc. and a microwave oven. The en-suite bathroom has shower wc and washbasin. The living room/dining room area has a day bed , tv, easy chair and table and dining chairs. There is ample storage throughout. The loft is accessed via a separate staircase and closed by a trapdoor. Guests with mobility issues are advised that this would likely present an access difficulty.
The house has attractive gardens front and back with a desk protected by a gazebo and with table and chairs at the back which guests are free to use.
Parking is on street and the house has a security camera system.
A small old rather barky terrier lives in the house but can’t get up the loft stairs.
