There is a large kitchen diner with dishwasher and living area (open plan) with TV (virgin TV) opening onto terrace and garden; separate utility room with washing machine and dryer. There is plenty of private space in this house and whilst this is not a party house the girls do socialize together and are looking for a professional person who wants a really comfortable house and to be part of a household. The girls in the house do a variety of jobs including radiologist, physio, teacher. Rent includes water, council tax, wifi, cleaner and gardener.
