Lovely room in house

Hello

I have a lovely home in a great location, very close to Sefton Park and buses into town.

This ad is for a room to rent - the room is a large double furnished with double bed, wardrobe, drawers. There's access to a shared bathroom, shared kitchen, and breakfast room. There is on street parking.

The neighbourhood is lovely and in a great area close to shops and bars, and restaurants.

I sometimes foster cats which are homebound.

This is my home so looking for a professional person who is clean / tidy.
..This wouldn't suit party-goers / couples.

Short term stays are welcome.
Monday-Friday also considered at a lower rate.
