Hi. I have a furnished, double bedroom available in the loft of my house. We are friendly and easygoing. We also respect each other's privacy.

We all have a 9-5 schedule and the ideal occupant is a professional or a mature student looking for short-term accommodation. The room is single occupancy only.

The house is conveniently located, only a 5-minute walk from Birkenhead Central Mersey Rail station, just two stops from Liverpool James Street Station.

The bedroom is furnished with modern furniture and comes with a double bed, bed chair, nightstand, lamp, chest of drawers, desk with chair, desk lamp, and a 32"TV.

The lodger will have full use of the two shared bathrooms, the living room, the laundry room, and the kitchen which is equipped with a washer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and fridge-freezer. The laundry room is equipped with a tumble dryer, iron, and iron board. There is plenty of cupboard storage and a cellar for extra storage. The lodger will have full access to the patio and the garden as well, which is great in the summer.

The house is fitted with CCTV covering the front door and the back door. There are cameras in the main entrance hall and the kitchen as well, for everyone's extra security and safety.

There is plenty of free, off-street parking for cars.

The house is located on Whetstone Lane (Tranmere), within walking distance of shopping centers, pubs, restaurants, and grocery stores. The neighborhood is nice and safe.

The area features excellent road and train links to Liverpool, Manchester, and Birkenhead town center. Nearby places are:
Birkenhead Central train station: 0.4 miles.
Green Lane train station: 0.4 miles.
Birkenhead downtown: 0.6 miles.
Pyramids Shopping Centre: 0.7 miles.
Lidl and Asda: 0.8 miles.
Liverpool City center: 5 min (2 stops) by train.
Chester: 40 min by train.
Liverpool John Lennon Airport: 1 hour by train/bus.
Manchester Airport: 1 hour 30min by train/bus.

The room rate includes all bills covering all utilities such as gas, electricity, water, broadband, council tax, etc. No hidden fees or expenses. Complimentary toilet papers are provided.

The house is not suitable for pet, parties or events.

The signature of the lodger agreement is required. Any deposit is refundable at the end of the stay, subject to the terms and conditions specified in the agreement.

SMOKERS: Smokers are accepted, but smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the house.
