Freshly decorated double bedroom in semi detached house in Ellesmere Port. My house is five minutes away from two motorway junctions by car, five minutes from Cheshire oaks outlet village, cinema, bowling alley and other amenities including David Lloyd and freedome trampoline park. There are three of the big four supermarkets in the town, again, within five minutes. The house has superfast broadband, a south(ish) facing garden and will soon have off road parking for your car as well as mine. You’ll have full use of the kitchen and utility and some use of the lounge. Your bedroom has a single wardrobe, ottoman small double bed with storage, a single recliner chair and 43 inch sky glass tv with my sky package including Netflix. I have recently removed my bath to add a shower room off this bedroom. There’s not enough room for a toilet but you’ll have access to your own which is downstairs. I do have a dog who you won’t see much as she lives with her mum some of the time. You obviously can’t be allergic to dogs.
