Single Room Bills Included

I am looking to rent out a bedroom in my 3 bedroomed semi-detached new build house. The house features a kitchen and dining area, living room, shared bathroom (with one other housemate) and a garden. The room is a single with single storage bed, hanging rack for clothes storage with additional storage available.

I'm just off of J8 on the M53 in Ellesmere Port. There are good public transport links to Ellesmere Port, Chester, Wirral and Liverpool via train and bus, plus a good cycle network. Easily accessible within walking distance are Rivacre Woodlands, a bouldering centre plus a couple of gyms.

A bit about me… I’m a working professional and am also currently completing a Masters degree. I’m passionate about healthy living, enjoy cooking and keeping active. I currently have another housemate who has been renting a room for around 18 months. We’re a friendly, sociable pair but also respect others’ privacy and space.

I would like someone who is friendly, respectful and clean and tidy. No smokers please. One month’s deposit will be required.
