I am looking to rent out a bedroom in my 3 bedroomed semi-detached new build house. The house features a kitchen and dining area, living room, bathroom and a garden. The size of the bedroom is 2.7m by 2.3m and has an ottoman double bed with under bed storage. Additionally, there is a dressing room for clothes storage.

I'm just off of J8 on the M53 in Ellesmere Port and have off road parking for one other car. There are good public transport links to Ellesmere Port, Chester, Wirral and Liverpool via train and bus, plus a good cycle network. Easily accessible within walking distance are Rivacre Woodlands, a bouldering centre plus a couple of gyms.

A bit about me… I’m a working professional and am also currently completing a counselling degree. I’m passionate about healthy living, enjoy cooking and keeping active. Your second housemate will be a lovely and very spirited Miniature Dachshund called Ruby.

I would like someone who is friendly, respectful and clean and tidy. No smokers please. One month’s deposit will be required.
