In this House we have 5 Males, all between the ages of 21 and 35. All working professionals.

HOUSE lay out
There are 6 rooms in total, 2 large, 2 medium and 2 smaller. There are 2 kitchens, 1 small kitchen with 1 kitchen also being open plan living with the lounge. Next to the kitchen is also a study and relax room, perfect place to catch up on some work or enjoy a morning coffee! The house is fully furnished and also has some shared kitchen equipment such plates, cutlery etc so all you need is literally yourself and your suitcase!

The house is located on St. Mary's road in L19, Garston. The 86a 24 hour bus runs right by the house. Liverpool South parkway is also only a 10 minute walk which has direct links. The airport is also a 5 minute drive so perfect for people working at the airport or as cabin crew!

LOCAL FACILITIES
Right opposite the house is a small ASDA which has all of the items you might need. On St. Mary's road there is an array of shops also ample enough for all of your grocery needs. There is a Gym within a 15 minute walk and a large park is also only a 15 minute walk.

RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.

MOVING IN
Moving in can usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
