Peaceful house in Garston

Looking for an easy going house mate who likes their own space but likes to socialise sometimes too!

The room you’d be renting is vary spacious & airy and the house includes a fortnightly cleaner & gardener. We’re in a quiet neighbourhood with lovely neighbours, street parking, close to South Parkway Station, gyms, Speke retail park & a coastal reserve near by which is lovely to go for walks. 🌿

I own a business so I’m working most of the time but when I’m home I like to cook, read, watch tv sometimes, exercise & go out with my friends! 🫶🏼
