Double Bedroom with Bills Included

Our long time housemate has just bought his new house, so I have a double room available in my 3 bed. You’d be sharing with Sally, who has just finished her Law masters conversion, and me, a vet.

Rent is £620 per month. Utility bills, council tax and WiFi and regular cleaner all included. On street parking available in the close with a free council permit.

The room is a double bed with a brand new mattress and three-piece furniture set. It's not an en-suite but the W/C across the hall is rarely used by the two of us, so you'd mostly have it to yourself.

The rest of the house consists of the front and back garden with patio. Shared living room, study and large kitchen with dining table. The best bit is the new bathroom, it is shared but has been fully renovated as of last week. There's a pretty awesome view and the house is right next to Everton park, close to the Great Homer Street shops and about a 20-25 min walk to UoL.

I'm fairly emotionally attached to this house having lived here myself since 2018, so I want to find someone who is a good fit for us and looks after the place well. No smokers please or couples please.

We're looking for an older student or young professional after for a homely vibe, ideally another girl, but we're open to the right person. There's plenty of communal kitchen and lounge space to be social, but the house is split over multiple floors so you can have your own space too.
