Large room for profs and mature students

1 King size upstairs room and 1 double downstairs room available from November 2025, with large work desk, chest of drawers, shelves plus hanging rails. All bills included, with fair use agreement on gas and electricity.

You will have the house to yourself at least 50% of the time as I am away working a lot. I am a single Irish female in early 40's (I seem younger though) and am a live-in landlord but see myself more as a housemate looking for a housemate. I'm friendly, considerate and fair. I'm looking for someone who'll appreciate having their own space and is friendly, considerate, keeps the place clean and is quiet late in the evening and at night when I am there (I'm a light sleeper).

(*Short lets of 2 to 3 months will be considered.)

There is a shared living/dining room, good strong Fibre optic WIFI, an outdoor area in the back. There is 1 shared bathroom/toilet upstairs, sharing. There is a separate large fridge/freezer that will be for your / housemates use soley.

Inside the house is strictly non-smoking but smoking in the outdoor area is ok.
