One room available as short let (4 to 6 weeks max) from November 4th (£600 pcm incl bills). Second room available from December (£500 pcm) as initial short let (min 2 months) with possibility to extend. Max 2 to 3 will be sharing at any one time. No couples please.

Large ground floor double bedroom is available from early December, with large work desk, chest of drawers, shelves plus hanging rail. £500 pcm including bills.

Good sized upstairs double with desk, hanging rail, shelving, available from 4th November as short let for 4 to 6 weeks. £600 pcm (pro-rata) including bills (*higher rent cost is due to short let aspect).

There is a shared living/dining room, good strong Fibre optic WIFI, an outdoor area in the back. There is 1 shared bathroom/toilet upstairs, sharing between 2 to 3 people in total max. There is a large fridge/freezer to be shared between 2 or 3 people.

I'm looking for sensible, clean, quiet, easy-going, considerate mature students or professionals who are looking for a place to call home and treat well (no parties or late night noise).

Inside the house is strictly non-smoking but smoking in the outdoor area is ok.
