All rooms have smart TV. R1, R4, R6 have desk and chair, rest of rooms have chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside table and linen.

The house has a spacious living room with 52 inches TV and dining area, two spacious kitchens with two cookers, sinks and plenty cabinets.

All bills included.

*Street parking is available but it is the responsibility of each tenant to check if it is free to park on the street or if it is necessary to apply for a permit from the council.
*We do not accept responsibility for fines or penalties if tenants are fined for parking in not permitted places or without the necessary permits.

Our criteria: we are looking for working professionals/mature students who have a regular revenue at least 2.5 times the rent, without unpaid debt on their credit history - otherwise you will need to be able to provide a guarantor that meets those criteria.


Prices are for single occupancy - Couples (if accepted) include a £50 pcm supplement.
