Who will you be living with?
In this House we have 2 females and 2 Males, all between the ages of 21 and 35. All working professionals.

In the property, only 4 rooms will be sharing a bathroom, so no long queues on the morning. This property offers plenty of space and comes fully furnished. and also has some shared kitchen equipment such plates, cutlery etc so all you need is literally yourself and your suitcase! There is a small yard to the rear and parking is on street.

The house is located on Rawcliffe road just off Rice lane and Rice lane train station is just a short 5 minute walk away and the train will take you into Liverpool city centre in 10 minutes.
The nearest bus stop is just a 1 minute walk away and the bus is just a 15 minute bus journey into Liverpool One

LOCAL FACILITIES
Aldi, Argos and Sainsbury's is just a 5 minute walk away and along Rice lane there are plenty of pubs, convenience stores and local takeaways.
A 24 hour McDonalds, Domino's and Farm food are also just a short walk away.

RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.

MOVING IN
Moving in can usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
