I’m 43 friendly, easy-going, LGBTQ+ friendly, and work with children & young people. I enjoy fitness, hiking, camping, and the outdoors, but home is very much my calm space to recharge.

🐺 Two friendly huskies included (free fluff & cuddles). No responsibility expected, though the occasional let-out if you’re home is appreciated.

Looking For Someone Who…
• Wants a long-term home, not a short stay
• Is happy to chat, watch TV, or eat together sometimes
• Is independent and has their own life, but also comfortable sharing space
• Can happily spend time in shared areas (not just their room)
• Keeps a fairly similar routine (especially evenings and sleep)
• Is mindful of noise, lighting, security, and general respect in the home
• Communicates openly if anything comes up

This is very much an adult shared home rather than a hotel/Airbnb setup, so everyone is expected to contribute fairly to the general upkeep of the house.

That means things like:

* Keeping shared spaces reasonably tidy
* Emptying bins/recycling when needed
* Replacing shared household basics fairly
* Bringing things in/locking up if you’re last home
* Generally treating the house with care and consideration

Nothing over the top — just the normal shared responsibility that makes a home feel comfortable and easy for everyone living in it 😊

I go camping regularly in spring/summer, so I’m looking for someone reliable and respectful of the home while I’m away.
