Housemate Wanted: Cozy Two-Bedroom in North Liverpool with Husky Snuggles

Looking for a relaxed, like-minded female housemate to share a lovely two-bedroom house in North Liverpool. You’ll have your own private room, and we’ll share the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and garden. The location is well-connected, with major road links (M57, M58, M62, and East Lancashire Road), plus nearby train stations and bus stops for easy city access.

I’m all about a clean, healthy lifestyle, so no heavy drinkers, party animals, or smokers/vapers, please. I’m looking for someone who’s easygoing, friendly, and respects boundaries—someone who enjoys the occasional shared meal or TV night but also values their own space. We’ll also share household chores to keep things tidy.

I’ve got two friendly huskies who love snuggles and outdoor adventures. You’re not expected to care for them, but if you enjoy a little “husky glitter” and cozy cuddles, you’re in luck!

The Room:
• Furnished with a daybed (single or pulls out to king size), double wardrobe, drawers, workspace/desk, and a TV.

Important Info:
• Not suitable for night shift workers.
• Rent is inclusive of all bills.
• £250 deposit and one month’s rent upfront.
• You’re responsible for keeping your own room clean and sharing weekly household chores.

Available from November 2024. Short-term lets and month-to-month arrangements are welcome, with the hope of finding a longer-term fit if things go well.
