Looking for one more person for my recently renovated 4-bed, 4-bathroom house in Smithdown to move in during first week of June. Ideally would like another girl to keep an even split, but happy to consider anyone who would be a good fit.
Every room has it's own en-suite, double or small double bed and three piece furniture set. The room available the downstairs bedroom, with a narrow but large en-suite. My photos and video don't really do it justice, so feel free to get in touch and come see it for yourself if you're interested.
The shared spaces are made up of lounge at the front of the house and a spacious kitchen at the back. There’s a small courtyard space too, which is pretty good at catching the sun.
Rent includes utility bills, WiFi, council tax and a regular cleaner. There is free parking all along the street and good transport routes to universities and town, it’s also round the corner from the big Asda.
The most important thing for me is finding the right person to look after the place, pay rent on time and get on well with the brilliant tenants I currently have. They are young professionals from all over and all working in different fields. It's essential to me that everyone gets on and feels comfortable at home.
I’m ideally after an older student or young professional looking for home comforts rather than a party house. The tenancy works on a rolling contract of three months at a time, so no being stuck in a twelve month contract if it's not a good fit. I intend to do everything in my power to make sure you look forward to coming home whilst living in Liverpool, for however long that may be. In return I need you to keep me in the loop and take care of the house.
