En-suite Double Room in Smithdown

Looking for another girl for my 4-bed, 4-bathroom house in Smithdown to move in late Dec/ Jan, as my current tenant is relocating.

Every room has its own en-suite, double or small double bed and three piece furniture set. The room available is the middle upstairs bedroom. The high ceiling and large window make it feel bigger than its 3.3m x 3.3m.

The shared spaces are made up of lounge at the front and a spacious kitchen at the back. There’s a small courtyard space too, which catches the sun.

Rent includes utility bills, council tax, fast WiFi and a regular cleaner. Parking is free all along the street and there are good transport routes to universities and town. The big Asda is just around the corner and it's a short walk to Sefton Park/ Lark Lane.

My priority is finding the right person to look after the place, pay rent on time and get on well with the great tenants I currently have. It's essential to me that everyone gets on and feels comfortable at home. The house is big enough to have your own space but small enough to not have too many housemates.

I’m ideally after someone drama-free, looking for home comforts rather than a party house. In return, I intend to do everything in my power to make sure you look forward to coming home whilst living in Liverpool, for however long that may be. The tenancy is a rolling contract with a two month notice period.
