We have 4 rooms available in this house with 3 double size and one single size room. Property is currently under refurbishment work and will be ready by the end of this month.

The pictures are for illustration purposes and was once rooms were offered on Airbnb. Basic furniture appliances are included and you can decorate your room within permissible criteria to suit your lifestyle.

You will have bad, mattress, kitchen appliances fridge freezer microwave kettle etc.

Living room is currently used as an extension of the kitchen where two fridges are placed and can be converted into a living area if required but mostly tenants prefer their own space and don’t use the living area.

I am open to rent to a family as a single let or to a group of friends who wish to rent the whole house as a single let
