House Share in L13

Room for rent in house share – this is under the lodger agreement rent a room scheme.

The house is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom, with plenty of space and communal areas including living room, kitchen, garden, and on street parking. We have renovations planned to completely upgrade our bathrooms before Christmas and are renovating the kitchen in the new year.

We currently rent one room out and are looking to rent a second but are not renting all rooms.

All bills are included, the rent is a flat fee, and we have a cleaner who comes once a week to help keep the house tidy. Bills included are:
- Water
- Gas
- Electric
- Wi-Fi (Virgin media - 1000mbps)
- Council Tax

We are looking for young professionals who is social and looking for a house share.

At his time please be aware there is a vetting process with the property meaning move in can take up to 6/8 weeks If you are looking for immediate accommodation, we will not be able to help.

We are also not able to accept pets as we have a cat (pictured) who cannot be with other animals, but is very friendly with people.

We consider stays as short as 3 months, longer is completely fine.

The house has free on street parking and is close to major bus routes for those who don't drive. Additionally, we are within a 30 minute walk of 3 major hospitals for NHS workers.
