House Share in L13

Myself and my girlfriend have got our first house together and rent additional rooms to help with house costs.

We have both recently finished our masters and are now working full time. We currently rent to a couple but they have found a place of their own to now move into.

The house is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom, with plenty of space and communal areas including living room, kitchen and garden. There are currently 3 rooms available to rent, one large and 2 small (the smaller rooms have access to additional office space if needed).

All bills are included and we have a cleaner who comes once a week to help keep the house tidy.

We are looking for young professionals who is social and looking for a house share.

We do consider shorter stays however costs may very with this.

All rooms are available to view, and one is available for immediate move in.

The house has free on street parking and is close to major bus routes for those who don't drive. Additionally we are within a 30 minute walk of 3 major hospitals for NHS workers.
