Double room/private bathroom in a new house

Easy access to Liverpool and Manchester with 2 nearby train stations and bus routes in addition to great motorway access. A Double room available in a 2 year old 4 bedroom house. The property has 2 full bathrooms and 1 extra downstairs toilet so whilst the room isn’t en suite, you would mostly have exclusive use of the main bathroom as we have our own en suite. It is also a 3 storey house with our room on the top floor so it just adds to the ease of house sharing. Me and my partner Livia have travelled extensively and are very much open to sharing with people having lived and travelled in all different parts of the world with people from all cultures. We’ve also both used spare rooms for house sharing ourselves in the past so again we understand how to make it work for both of us and would do everything possible to ensure you are happy in the house. We are pretty laid back people and would find a way to make whatever you need work during you’re time living with us. It’s really important to us that we live with the right person so please give us a message that gives us an idea about yourself
