++++++ONE ROOM AVAILABLE ++++++ We are looking for one new housemate to join our lovely house, someone who would enjoy a tidy, clean & well designed home and the opportunity to live in community with other friendly professional females.

The room available is Room 7, a gorgeous loft room on the top floor.

The room has been thoughtfully designed with bespoke fitted furniture, a double bed, semi-orthopaedic mattress, large wardrobe, built in desk and shelves, with detailed panelling.

The house has beautiful, original features and is decorated in a monochrome and green colour palette.

There is gorgeous wooden-style flooring throughout and a stunning modern colour scheme, with attention to detail such as wall panelling, matt black handles, switches, taps and showers.

The stunning bathroom is shared with one other housemates. It has matt black accessories, a newly fitted shower and bespoke flooring, with plenty of storage.

The communal living room has a gorgeous sofa providing comfortable seating for cosy times in front of the TV with the rest of the household, with Netflix installed for movie nights.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with 2 ovens and hobs, a dishwasher, 2 sinks, 3 fridges and freezers, and lots of cupboard space so you will have plenty of room for your food items. There is a large breakfast bench for food prep or eating together.

If you need to work from home, you can use your bedroom desk or there is a communal workspace area on the top floor with a second chill out area.

The WIFI is fast and recently upgraded. There is a utility room with tumble dryer and space to air clothes.

The household is currently exclusively female and is for professional housemates, with ages ranging between early 20s to late 20s. The existing housemates are friendly and considerate and enjoy spending time together.

There are 7 bedrooms in total, with 1 room currently available.

ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED: COUNCIL TAX, (BAND B), UTILITIES, NETFLIX. All communal areas are cleaned fortnightly.

NO DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED, HOWEVER WE WILL REQUIRE REFERENCES AND A GUARANTOR (WHO IS UK BASED & A HOMEOWNER). Deposit required if you don’t have a guarantor.

The house is on a quiet, residential, tree-lined road, steps away from a park and near to all amenities and great travel links.

Situated in an area to the east of Liverpool city centre, this home is conveniently located approximately 3 miles from junction 5 of the M62 motorway and about a mile from Edge Hill Station.
