The house has beautiful, original features and is newly decorated in a monochrome or green colour palette, with gorgeous wooden-style flooring.

The whole house has been newly renovated with wooden flooring throughout and a stunning modern colour scheme, with attention to detail such as matt black handles, switches, taps and showers. The stunning bathrooms are shared with one or two other housemates. They have matt black accessories and bespoke flooring, with plenty of storage.

The communal living room has comfortable seating for cosy times in front of the TV with the rest of the household. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with 2 ovens and hobs, a dishwasher, 2 sinks, 3 fridges and freezers, and lots of cupboard space so you will have plenty of room for your food items. There is a large breakfast bench for food prep or eating together.

If you need to work from home, you can use your bedroom desk or there is a communal workspace area on the top floor with a second chill out area.

The WIFI is fast and recently upgraded. There is a utility room with tumble dryer and space to air clothes.

The household is currently exclusively female and is for professional housemates, with ages ranging between early 20s to late 30s.
