En-suite in an old student accommodation building

This is a no-nonsense advertisement. I will be frank with you - the building is a mess as management is completely incompetent. They are hard to get hold of and even managed to get the broadband disconnected somehow. But I need to let the place asap, ideally for the next academic year, so grab yourself a bargain: 317 a month incl. bills. This is a third floor en-suite with good hot shower and a kitchen shared only with a couple of decent people. The location is especially decent, with a large retail park a 5 minutes walk away and good bus links. Drawbacks? Some of the people living on the lower floors are not exactly delectable to be with - they smoke and leave bikes in the hallways or even steal parcels. Your floor would be locked with a door code though. Another major flaw, apart from no communal internet at present, is that the laundry room is out of order and I don't see it becoming any better any time soon, though I am working on setting things right. A portable washing machine could be arranged for you, no problem. Also, whatever furniture you would require, let me know and I will buy it. I am looking for a responsible, independent, no-nonsense sort of person to move in and keep tabs on the place while I try fix things remotely (I study elsewhere and can't be in Liverpool very often).
