En-suite in an old student accommodation building

Bills included, council tax band A. This is a third floor en-suite with good hot shower and a kitchen shared only with a couple of decent people. The location is attractive, with a large retail park 5 minutes walk away and adequate bus links. Drawbacks? Some of the people living on the lower floors are not exactly delectable to be with - they smoke and leave bikes in the hallways or even steal parcels. Your floor would be locked with a door code though. Another major flaw, apart from no communal internet at present, is that the laundry room is out of order and I don't see it becoming any better any time soon, though I am working on setting things right. A portable washing machine could be arranged for you, though laundrettes are within walking distance. Also, whatever furniture you would require can be arranged. There is now a double bed (and mattress) in the room; the photos are from last year but the property has not changed since then. I will update with new photos once the ucrrent tennant moves out. I am looking for a responsible, independent, no-nonsense sort of person to move in and keep tabs on the place while I try fix things remotely (I study and work elsewhere and can't be in Liverpool very often).
