I’m looking for a new housemate to share my home. I’ve recently moved in and have just finished making the house feel warm and welcoming. The house is set up as a house share, so it won’t feel like you’re living in someone else’s home. It’s a lovely, spacious, newly-decorated place.

You’ll be sharing with me — Matt, early forties, a graphic designer who enjoys reading, movies and traveling.

About 16 minutes from Liverpool Central by train, and the train station is just a 7-minute walk from the house.

The house has a free-minded, chilled vibe ideal for someone easy-going, respectful, and happy doing their own thing, but also up for the occasional chat or cup of tea. It’s not a party house, more a relaxed space for professionals or anyone who appreciates a nice, calm environment.
