Cozy flat near Sefton Park/Lark lane!

Looking for one or two flatmates, two rooms available. Former tenant used one as her bedroom and the other as a home studio/office.

Kitchen and bathroom will be shared with me, we have a big driveway or on street parking, 15 min walk to sefton park/lark lane or 45 min walk into town or 15 min bus.

One room is large with a big window, unfurnished and the other is a little cosier with skylight and original wooden beams.

Would love someone who is around the same age, someone who is sociable but also enjoys their alone time too like me, the kitchen and living room is a nice open plan space and I’m happy to chill out and watch a film occasionally or eat together :)

I work in Bridal styling and i am also an artist so I’m sometimes working from home, I enjoy reading, watching films, drawing, walks and coffee!
