I have a double room available to let in a 3 storey town house situated in L4, 3 miles from the city centre. The rent is £90 per week inclusive of all utility bills and WiFi.

The room is in good condition and is fully furnished including bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and desk.

The house has two fully fitted kitchens, a utility room with washing machine and dryer, a bathroom on the 1st floor and a shower room on the ground floor and a large, communal lounge.

All housemates are professionals.
