3 rooms available in a quiet 4-bed house share

Hi everyone,
I have three rooms available to rent in a spacious 4-bedroom house in a quiet part of Liverpool (L15). The house is for females and would suit female professionals or mature students looking for a peaceful, tidy place to live.

The Rooms & Rent:
- Double room: £400 per month (deposit £200), available from the end of November
- Double room: £400 per month (deposit £200), available from the end of November
- Single room: £300 per month (deposit £150), available now

All bills are included in the rent (gas, electric, water, council tax and fast Wi-Fi). The deposit is half a month’s rent, paid upfront.

About the house:
The rooms are unfurnished, so you’ll need to bring your own bedroom furniture and furnish the room to your own taste.

Downstairs there is a really big shared living room and a large kitchen with plenty of cupboard space. There’s a washing machine and tumble dryer to use, and a nice private garden out the back.

House rules:
- Females preferred
- No pets
- No smokers
