One bedroom available in a two bedroom apartment

Hiya, my name is Kate. My best friend is sadly leaving to go travelling, leaving one double bedroom. The apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom and a large living room/kitchen. Rent is £480, with bills it comes to about £650. The deposit is up to the landlord. It is located right next to Brunswick train station, where the train into town takes just 3 minutes. The waterfront is also within 5-10 mins walk. There is a corner shop opposite the building, and a Tesco and Lidl within 10 mins walk/2 mins drive.

A bit about me - I am 23, have lived in lpool for about 5 years, and I graduated from UoL in 2024. I work from home as a Geoenvironmental Consultant (sounds fancier than it is). I have endometriosis which limits my mobility and energy, so my time outside of work usually consists of binge watching telly, reading, gaming, cooking, watching the F1 and sleeping. I am super tidy so no worries there :)

I am looking for someone, ideal another girl, to move into the apartment around December 10th. My plan is to move-in with my partner in September 2027, at which point you would be welcome to find another roommate.
