Cosy and spacious double room to rent in beautiful Georgian house with three housemates. Excellent location - 5 minute walk to University of Liverpool campus, 20 minute into town, bus stop at the bottom of the street (75/80/86 routes) and free on street parking.
Both students and professionals welcome. You would be sharing with three housemates who are all professionals in their 30s.
A really lovely house with lovely housemates. It's generally a quiet household, so we're looking for someone who enjoys a similar environment rather than a big party house! Ideally someone friendly, considerate and tidy who would be happy living in a relaxed, respectful shared house.
