I have a lovely, newly decorated double bedroom available in my home in L8, Liverpool. It’s a clean, comfortable and welcoming house with a relaxed atmosphere, a lovely living room, a spacious bathroom and a yard.

I’m looking for one friendly, considerate housemate who wants somewhere comfortable to come home to, whether you’re a working professional or a student.

It’s big enough for a couple but I would need to charge a little more money - message me.

A comfortable living room

There’s a lovely, relaxing sitting room with two sofas — a great space to put your feet up after work, watch a film or simply chill out. You’re very welcome to make use of the living room and shared spaces; I want you to feel at home here rather than as though you’re just renting a room.

A spacious bathroom

The house has a lovely, spacious shared bathroom with both a bath and a shower.

A well-equipped kitchen

The kitchen has everything you need for day-to-day living, including a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, oven and four-ring gas hob. Whether you’re cooking a quick meal or making something a bit more elaborate, you’ll have what you need.

There’s also a yard to enjoy when the weather’s nice.

The house is kept clean and tidy, and has a relaxed, homely feel throughout.

£550 per month, with all bills included.

It’s a great location if you want to be close to the city centre while still having a comfortable home on a quiet street to come back to.

A little about me


I’m a tutor and work with children, so I’m often out of the house during the day. I enjoy music, reading, watching films, getting outdoors, camping, going for walks and finding a good pub.

I’d describe myself as tidy, respectful and chilled out. I like having a comfortable home where you can relax, do your own thing and feel at ease.

I’m pretty easygoing and want whoever moves in to feel that they can use the living room, kitchen and shared spaces freely.

It’s not a party house; it’s more about having somewhere peaceful and welcoming to come home to.

Also I am veggie so there’s no meat in the house, but if you do eat meat that’s also cool.

The household is LGBTQ+ friendly. The neighbour’s cat occasionally pops in for a visit, too!

Who I’m looking for

Ideally, a friendly, considerate professional or postgraduate student who:
