The house is only a few meters away from Newsham Park. Great for those who enjoy a bit of green, or a nice place to run.

Located metres away from Newsham park off a main bus route (numbers 8,9,10). Takes around 10-15 minutes by bus, and 30-45 minutes walk to the city centre.

Liverpool University and Royal Liverpool Hospital (for staff and students) is also only 10 mins by bike, 20 mins by bus or 35 minutes walking.

Amenities in the area include: Lidl supermarket, McDonald's, an International supermarket, Home Bargains and other local shops, only 5-10 minutes walk from the house.

Furnishings in the bedroom include: double bed, desk and chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves.

PLEASE NOTE: The bedroom with the red bedding and bay window has a higher rent, to reflect that it is much larger than the other bedrooms. (There is now NO sofa in this room).

Bills include: all utilities, internet, council tax.

The communal living area has a 38 inch Smart TV, the kitchen has a seated dining area and there are 2 bathrooms in the property.
There is on street parking-no permit required.

The current tenant is a student at Liverpool University (Viking Studies). He is a very friendly and active person, who will always great you with a happy smile.

The house has a relaxed, quiet atmosphere with a homely living room and newly refurbished kitchen. We are looking for other mature students or professionals to join the house who enjoy a happy, calm atmosphere, and might enjoy a bit of socialising in the house now and then.
We would also love people who are good at keeping things clean and tidy!
