The video indicates the high standard of our accommodation. We have one en-suite double room in a similar 3-bed flat @ £575 per calendar month (£132.69 per week) available from mid February The 2nd room in the video is similar to the one available. Book a viewing to see for yourself.

Minimum 6-month contract. There is a luxury shared kitchen/dining area. The kitchen includes an integrated dishwasher and washer/dryer. The room has plenty of storage, a TV aerial point and a beautiful en-suite.

Fully inclusive rent. We are looking for a single tenant (no couples) who appreciates living in a clean, tidy flat. If you do not like a clean kitchen this is not the flat for you.

There is fast broadband and easy parking in the street. This flat is within walking distance of Alder Hey Hospital and the Heart and Chest Hospital and on a direct bus route to the Royal Liverpool Hospital and Whiston Hospital. Excellent access to the city centre is on a fast, frequent bus route that is less than a few minutes walk from the flat.
There is also a huge Tesco less than 5 minutes walk.

Work and previous landlord references are required. We require one week's rent (£132.69.) to secure the flat. and 5 weeks' rent (£663.46) for the deposit, which will be lodged with DPS.

The current tenants are both female working professionals.
