I'm originally from Surrey and have lived in Liverpool for 10 years & come from a creative background.
There are two large double rooms to choose from - ground & top floor.
The kitchen & bathrooms are kept to a high standard to ensure house relations are maintained & not strained. So important you're someone who puts value on cleaning up after yourself.
The property has been well looked after and retains many of its grand Victorian features & high ceilings. It has 7 original bedrooms, though you'll only be living with 3 other quiet professionals.
There is new double glazing throughout the whole property installed in June 2025. (photos & streetview do not show this).
Outside there's free unrestricted street parking. There is also a room where you can safely store a bicycle.
We're currently on a fast You-Fibre 500mbps package with boosters.
Nearby there's 3 direct bus routes to Liverpool city centre (numbers 12,13 & 15) or a 15 minute bicycle ride across the park.
Liverpool John Lennon Airport is one 20 minute bus ride away and departs from Queens Drive at the top of the road.
M&S Foodhall, Tesco, Aldi, library & newly refurbished Peter Lloyd Gym are all within a 5 minute walk. The Alder Hey & Broadgreen Hospitals are approx. a 20 min walk through a private leafy estate & parkland.
