If you're seeking a creative, quiet & friendly environment, where you can get a good nights sleep, then this place could be a good solution.

Would suit someone with a sense of humour who is career/study focused & prefers to keep their home life separate from their work/social life. The advantage being you won't have to endure this from others in the house. I find this makes for a much calmer, relaxing & secure place to live.

The kitchen & bathrooms are kept to a high standard to ensure house relationships are maintained & not strained! So if you know you're that person who likes to leave dirty dishes in the sink overnight or leave the bathroom covered in hair, this place would be unsuitable.

The property has been well looked after and retains many of its grand Victorian features & high ceilings. It has 7 original bedrooms, though you'll only be living with 3 other quiet professionals. All of whom respect each others space.

Outside there's free unrestricted street parking. There is also a room where you can safely store a bicycle.

The King Size double bedroom is on the 1st floor with a view onto the residential street.

We're currently on a fast Virgin 200mbps package with boosters.

Nearby there's 3 direct bus routes to Liverpool city centre (numbers 12,13 & 15) or a 15 minute bicycle ride across the park.

Liverpool John Lennon Airport is one 20 minute bus ride away and departs from Queens Drive at the top of the road.

There's a new M&S Foodhall, Tesco, Aldi, library & a Costa Coffee a 3 minute walk away. We're also close to The Children's Alder Hey & Broadgreen Hospitals.
