THE HOUSE
The house has 5 rooms, a communal living area and Kitchen. Each room has an ensuite and a double bed. The house is fully furnished and also has some shared kitchen equipment such plates, cutlery etc so all you need is literally yourself and your suitcase! There is a small yard to the rear and parking is on street.

WHO will you be living with?
In this House we have 2 Females and 2 Males. all between the ages of 21 and 35. All working professionals.

The house is located on Stanley street in L7 and is just a 2 minute walk from the main bus routes where buses run into city centre regularly along Edge Lane and Prescot Road and you can get to Liverpool city centre in just 20 minutes.
If you drive, the M62 is a 5 minute drive which is perfect for out of town workers

LOCAL Amenities
LIDL and Starbucks is just a 5 minute walk from the property as well as Liverpool Shopping Park which has plenty of stores such as Boots, M&S, Next,, Home Bargains and plenty more.
At the road, there is Stanley street where there are plenty of pubs, Takeaways and Convenience stores.

RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.

MOVING IN
Moving in can usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
