Double room close to city center

Hello there,

Nice double room available close to Kensington high street, within 2 minutes walk you can reach all the high street shops, restaurants, Lidl, Iceland etc...

Numerous buses available at the end of the road, it takes 10-12 minutes to get to the city centre...

Newsham Park is 5 minutes walk away good for walking, jogging...there is a gym nearby as well...

The room is fully furnished ,comes with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawer, study desk.

There is a shared lounge, the kitchen is fully equipped, we have washing and drying machine as well, plenty of fridge and storage space, all bills included (gas, electricity, council tax, internet etc...) no garden, but there is a small backyard...,good to sit out when it is sunny...parking is possible on the street.

The house is quiet - we not socializing too much in the house (not a party house), everybody doing their own things mainly, so we looking for somebody similar to move in, who is a mature and respectful person, so we can maintain a friendly and calm household.

Sorry ,no pets (caged pet considered)
