Located on a quiet street in the highly desired area right by Liverpool University and Liverpool Royal Hospital, the property is literally one road away from both and by the City Centre (10-15 min walking to Bold Street or the Train Station), and has good transport links to the rest of the city.

🏠 The house includes 3 double rooms, a single room (yours!), a shared kitchen, living room, bathroom and backyard. Kitchen & living room are massive, modern, and open plan. Private parking on the street available if required. It’s a proper quiet, clean and soothing house to live in. You’re welcome to come and see it! (video of all common areas also available!).
