This is OUR house, so it must be kept clean, cared for, and without random strangers or after-parties. Hotel lifestyle. Guests, BF/GFA are fine, as well as vibe with friends music etc.

Hypothetical: have a aside kick? Fine, just no drama later with ur partner. Smoking or drugs? Your choice – but if you lose control, it’s instant kick-out. No addicts.
