Currently living in a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment in Liverpool city centre, literally opposite Albert Dock and within walking distance of everything you might need.

All in, the rent is £1,210 including bills, so we would each pay £605 per month.

Current housemate has moved out to live in London so I'm looking to get someone in asap.

Apartment:
- 1 bathroom with shower
- 1 bathroom with bath
- Big lounge
- Big Kitchen
- Big balcony
- Washing Machine / Tumble Dryer
- Dishwasher
- All the usual kitchen stuff

(I'll be adding pictures asap)

Any questions about the apartment, feel free to ask!

A little about me:

I'm 28, full-time professional working in Marketing. I'm really into my fitness, so gym and cooking are big interests, reading too. I've only been living in Liverpool for 2 years so far and loving it, still really interested in meeting new people and making new friends!

If you're interested, drop me a message. I'll want to meet you first, ideally in person, but okay if via video. I look forward to hearing from you, but best of luck with your own search if not! :)
