Looking for a Female Flatmate

Hello,
We are two working professionals that are looking for a new flatmate. Our apartment is a fully furnished two bedroom flat, near to city centre, a 15 min walk to the Baltic Market, a 2 min walk to the Mersey Riverside and only 50 mtrs from Brunswick train station which is just a 5 min train journey to Liverpool central.
The room that we will let out is completely furnished (bed, a sidetable and two full size cupboard) as you can see in the photos. We have a nice kitchen with a washing machine and a cosy living area with a view to the riverside and the Liverpool Wheel and the Liver Building. The bathroom comes with a bathtub/ shower area.
The rent is inclusive of all the bills (electricity upto 40£ per person, water upto 30£ per person, wifi and council tax too)
