The Cargo Building - Furnished room for rent (L1)

The Cargo Building has a great location, situated opposite the Albert dock and within 5 minutes walking from Liverpool ONE shopping.

I currently live in a 2-bedroom flat on the 5th floor of the main building. The flat itself is furnished and has a washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, 4-hob stove, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, and microwave. The kitchen, dining room and living room are open plan and constitute the shared spaces and are also furnished.

The room available for rent is carpeted and contains a double bed, built-in closet, chest of drawers, and bedside tables. While not ensuite, you will have sole use of the main bathroom (larger than the ensuite) in the apartment as the room I occupy is the ensuite. There's also a Tesco onsite so that's quite handy. The building has secured underground parking, but that comes at an extra cost and details regarding that can be obtained from the building management team.

Apart from  Wi-Fi, the bills are not included, so you would be expected to split electricity (no gas) and water. Roughly bills incl council tax is approx. 150.

I am a young professional, who works both a mixture of in the office and WFH. I enjoy climbing, F1, football, and going out.
