Double room in lovely, quiet house - short term

Hi - I have one double room available in my house while I'm away, short term rent, until mid April 2026 - shared with one other professinal male. You'll have access to the whole house, one bathroom, two toilets, dining room, kitchen, living room. Fully furnished, desk for working remotely, perfect for post grad students or digital nomad. All bills included apart from elect/gas usage. It's a nice warm house to bills aren't expensive.

I'm offering reduced rent as I have my cat there, who I can't move out. He's super friendly and affectionate. If you can't feed him sometimes, my son lives nearby and can do this.

It's a lovely quiet road, close to parks, Rose Lane and Lark Lane, train stations and buses.
