Off/ on road parking free, and plentiful, bicycle storage not a problem. The weekly rent covers all bills including super fast fibre broadband. You will have use of the large reception room which has a real coal fire, bathroom( having electric shower)and kitchen with use of the washing machine. Small court yard to the rear to relax in.
The house is situated 2 min walk into the historic market town of Neston, which includes 3 main super markets, award winning coffee shops/bistros, bars and restaurants which cater for students and professionals alike.
Train/bus station is 3 min walk, and it services Chester, Liverpool, west kirby, and Wrexham. If it's cycling/walking you like the Wirral way access point is a 3 min walk to this beautiful pathway, which hugs the Wirral peninsula, over looking the Welsh mountains. If it's further afield you want M56/M53 5 mins away, giving you access to M6/M62.
