This cosy double room has neutral furnishings, lots of storage space and is available from 1st November! To avoid wasting anyone's time, please note that the housemates are only considering another female. The housemates are friendly, clean and considerate and they all have professional careers. Either myself or the housemates can do viewings either via Whatsapp/Facetime or in person. It is definitely more of a home atmosphere than just strangers living in the same house and the housemates tend to stay friends with the ex housemates when they move on to their next chapter. It's also fine if you just want to stay in your room all the time and the neighbours are non-annoying too! :)
Rent includes all standard bills – Electricity, Gas, Water, Council Tax, Broadband, (except TV Licence), plus a gardener to manage the front and rear gardens. The property has a large south-facing private garden with patio, relaxing garden furniture and views for miles around, including the River Mersey, Runcorn Bridge and even Snowdonia in Wales!
The whole house has neutral furnishings. It is conveniently located close to Rainhill Village, Rainhill train station, the 10A, 289 and 39A bus routes, the Co-op, Tesco Extra and Cables Retail Park (Prescot), Whiston Hospital and with excellent motorway access to St Helens via the Linkway and Liverpool / Manchester via the M62 (Junction 7). Ample off-road parking available.
If you are not familiar with Rainhill, it is a nice and quite posh little village with the usual sort of shops etc you would expect (Co-op, post office, chemists, doctors, dentist, church, takeaways, hair and beauty, charity shops, pubs, fancy restaurants and trendy bars). Whiston hospital is just down the road too.
