Each tenant will have their own private bedroom and bathroom and is complete with a brand-new bed and mattress, while sharing a spacious lounge and a fully fitted modern kitchen. The property has recently undergone a high-specification renovation and is fully furnished throughout. Residents will also enjoy access to a large Juliette balcony with fantastic views.

Ideally, one flat will be occupied by two females and the other flat by two males.

The majority of Premium Living tenants work within the NHS, including carers, nurses, junior doctors, and other healthcare professionals but of course also available to others. As such, this accommodation is designed for those seeking a quiet, comfortable, and high-quality living environment.
