The property has a regular cleaner who attends the property for the communal spaces. Though you will be expected to clean up after yourself and to take a turn putting the bins out for collection - normal things that most people do anyway.
All bills are included in the rent* and we have Free WIFI, and a regular cleaner provided as a courtesy.
