We are delighted to offer for let this large ensuite room which are let on a single occupancy basis. In a well presented, fully furnished house share on North Road (WA10 2TY) in St Helens. The property is all en-suite with large spacious rooms.

The property has a regular cleaner who attends the property for the communal spaces. Though you will be expected to clean up after yourself and to take a turn putting the bins out for collection - normal things that most people do anyway.

All bills are included in the rent* and we have Free WIFI, and a regular cleaner provided as a courtesy.

The local area offers access to a wide range of amenities that include; shopping facilities, public transport links and recreational facilities.
