A nice quiet house in Poulton Wallasey.
I’m looking for a person that is tidy and will look after the room/ house as if it were their own.

The room is freshly decorated and comes with a wardrobe and chest of drawers, I may be able to help if other furniture is needed. There is a shared bathroom with a shower. The kitchen, lounge and dining room are all shared but as it’s only you, it will feel like your own home.

I spend the majority of my time at my partners house so even though I may pop back once a week and stay in my bedroom, the rest of the house (excluding the other bedrooms) will be yours.

All bills are included, there is internet also included.

Close to travel links and Mersey tunnel is 4 minutes away.
