Looking for friendly responsible person(s) to share my centrally heated home in Wallasey.

I have a double room available, fully furnished (as desired); double bed (as appropriate to room), bedside table, under bed storage, wardrobe, and TV. Shared bathroom, dining/back reception room & kitchen/large patio/raised decking area. 5 Minutes walk to the shops, restaurants, pubs, health centre etc. Close to Wallasey tunnel and M53.

I am looking for responsible people & will do their share of looking after the house. Utilities (water, gas, electricity, tv license and broadband) will be charged seperately from rent, sky multiroom is available as an extra, to suit the individual.

If you have any questions please ask , I am happy to help. There is parking on the road, the house is a victorian end terraced with large patio at the rear with raised decking/BBQ area. Good references are required & will be checked for the benefit of all.
