Flatmate Wanted

large single / small double room available in two bed flat in wallasey.
close to egremont promenade, bus stops and shops. your room will be decorated in magnolia before you move in. I have just had virgin media installed (tv and broadband), there is a nice lounge/ hallway, small kitchen and bathroom, and two small spare rooms.
I am a self employed taxi driver and therefore sometimes work days and sometimes work nights.
My ideal flatmate would share some of my interests, be clean tidy and respectful of my property, and above all else have a job... Unemployed need not apply.
two references will be required, one from an employer, and a character reference as well.
Rent can be paid weekly or monthly, I have no preference.
