Large bright f/f dble, Wifi & own TV - Wallasey

We have a lovely room available for a friendly responsible person who would like to share our home in Wallasey. The room is a fully furnished double room available in a quiet road; comfortable double bed, doona, pillows etc, 2 wardrobes, table, 2 chairs, 2 sets of drawers, TV & freeview box & Wifi. Linen and towels can be provided if required.

Please note that Parking is available but on/in the road only.

We are just a few minutes walk to the Liscard shops, restaurants, pubs, doctors etc. The bus stop for the express bus to Liverpool, Birkenhead etc is very close by so access to Birkenhead, liverpool is easy. Short walk to Central Park & the foreshore of Wallasey.

We would like someone who would not mind being on their own for periods of the year as we spend some time away in France or Australia during which time you would have the house (apart from our bed room) to yourself, but this does not mean you are allowed to have people to stay!

Our last housemate is going to University after staying with us for a happy 12 months.

We would like someone who is responsible & will do a little around the house - no wild party animals please! All utilities included - WIFI, TV & licence, council tax, water, gas & electricity (providing you do not want heating on 24/7!!! with the proviso that it may have to be increased if the utility charges go up again).

Our house is a Victorian semi, double glazed, combi-boiler, extra downstairs wc & whb, shared bathroom with shower, modern fully-fitted kitchen, washing machine, small patio at the front with a larger one at the rear with a shed & some pot plants, herbs etc; and a shed to store a bike if you have one. You'll be sharing with a friendly married couple. Think I have covered everything, but do contact me if you have any questions.
