WHO will you be living with?
In this House we have 3 males and 2 females, all between the ages of 21 and 35. All working professionals.

HOUSE lay out
The house has 6 rooms, a communal open living area and Kitchen. Each room has its own bathroom, and every room has a double bed. The house is fully furnished and also has some shared kitchen equipment such plates, cutlery etc so all you need is literally yourself and your suitcase! There is a small yard to the rear and parking is on street.

The house is located on Cedar road in L9 which is a stones throw away from Aintree Hospital. There is a train station close by which is a 5 minute walk away and also a bus stop which is just 2 minutes away with great public transport links, with various routes passing the property. Most leading to L1 every 10 minutes and also routes that lead to Sefton Park and Lark Lane.

LOCAL FACILITIES
Iceland, Tesco and Home Bargains is just a 5 minute walk away from the property. Walton Vale is a popular road in the L9 area and on this road you find plenty of pubs, takeaway's, beauty shops and hairdressers all within a short walking distance. Aintree shopping park is just a 20 minute walk away which has restaurants such as Nando's and McDonalds and right next door to here is the famous Aintree racecourse.

RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.

MOVING IN
Moving in can usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
